General Provisions and Eligibility

1.General Provisions

3.Account Registration and Verification

To create an account on ci333, you must provide accurate and complete information. If information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, the account may be cancelled.

By registering an account, you confirm the following:

All information you have provided is true, accurate, and complete.
You will operate only one account.
You will keep your account password and login details confidential.
You will not allow any third party to conduct transactions using your account.

For identity verification (KYC) purposes, ci333 may at any time request a copy of your national identity card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Notify ci333 support immediately of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are available for transactions on ci333: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

Deposit Terms:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
The deposit account must be registered in your name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly.
If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.

Withdrawal Terms:

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
Withdrawal requests will be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals will be held if any bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met.
Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

All transactions are monitored in accordance with ci333's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

Bonuses and Gaming Rules

5.Bonuses and Promotions

ci333 offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following terms apply to receiving and using the bonus:

Wagering Requirements:

Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500. Wagering requirement: ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Example: Depositing ৳28,000 gives you the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making your total balance ৳48,000.

Other Bonus Terms:

Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
If the bonus is cancelled, any winnings earned from the bonus will also be cancelled.
Bonus use may be restricted to certain games — please read the terms of each promotion separately.
ci333 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.
If bonus abuse is suspected (multiple accounts, artificial betting, etc.), the bonus may be forfeited.

6.Gaming Rules

All games available on ci333 are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which are described within the game itself.

Live casino games are operated by reputable providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
Slot games are from multiple providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe.
If a round is left incomplete due to a technical fault, ci333 reserves the right to void or restore that round.
Game results are final and cannot be changed after a round is completed, unless a technical fault on ci333's part is proven.
For sports betting, official results will be considered final.
ci333 is not responsible for games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.

ci333 reserves the right to void any bet if suspicious betting patterns or signs of manipulation are detected.

Prohibited Activities and Responsible Gaming

7.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ci333 platform:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
Any form of cheating, software bots, automation, or hacking intended to influence game outcomes.
Using the platform for money laundering or to make illegal funds appear legitimate.
Operating accounts under multiple identities for the purpose of bonus abuse.
Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
Redistributing or using platform content for commercial purposes without ci333's authorisation.

If you are found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, ci333 may immediately suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit all funds. Law enforcement agencies may also be notified if necessary.

8.Responsible Gaming

Set your own deposit and betting limits and stick to them.
Do not chase losses by betting desperately to recover money you have lost.

If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a law enforcement agency.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. An opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless a decision has been made to forfeit it due to a breach of the terms and conditions.

Changes, Disputes & Contact

13.Changes to Terms and Conditions

ci333 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the case of any significant changes, efforts will be made to notify users as far in advance as reasonably possible.

Amended terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
